Razer thinks it has the answer with the Chroma Phone Cooler.
Where there are a few variants, this version sticks directly onto an iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 via MagSafe.
Of course, it has Bluetooth controlled RGB lighting , it is a Chroma after all.
The cooler has seven blades that Razer claims to be quiet even as it spins at a breezy 6400 rpm.
Of course the Chroma Phone Cooler will need to stay plugged operate. However, it uses USB-C and it does not charge the phone at the same time.
The Razer Phone Cooler Chroma will run you a cool US$60 (around RM254) and will be available in the Malaysian market soon.
