The Nintendo Switch, launched globally in March 2017, has been surrounded by rumors of its successor for as long as the portable console has existed.
Now, over seven years after its debut, Nintendo is poised to unveil the successor to one of the most beloved consoles in history.
The company also announced that they will be organising a Nintendo Direct in June 2024, but Furukawa said that “there will be no mention of the Nintendo Switch successor during that presentation,” implying that the company is not ready to show the hardware just yet.
The company may unveil the console at any time between July 2024 and March 2025. Until then, we can only wait and see or be on the lookout for any leaks that may emerge.
