PUBG Mobile Version 1.7 is the result of one of the most anticipated partnership in the mobile gaming world.
In this latest update, the world of PUBG and Arcane (The League of Legends animated series) collide.
LoL: Arcane Partnership
The new update introduces elements from Arcane into PUBG Mobile such as locations, characters, and gameplay from the (League of Leagends) LoL universe.
Players can play a Classic game on the mysterious floating Mirror Island with the Erangel theme. Survive long enough to face the Wind Wall and be transported to Piltover or Zaun, two iconic cities from the LoL universe.
On the Mirror Islands players will be able to transform into LoL champions like Jinx, Vi, Jayce, or Caitlyn and use the unique weapons and skills to battle others.
Those who are defeated will be returned to Erangel map in their original form.
While exploring, Interact with the champions to learn what is happening in the world of Arcane and help the champions return to their home.
Players will also have to go up against villains such as the Enforcers, Firelights and Berserkers in the new update.
To defeat such fearsome foes, players can use new Stimulant Pack to recover health after defeating enemies or use the new Landing Pack which gives them the ability to glide.
From 23 Nov until 3 Jan, players can accumulate Exploration Progress by playing matches in Mirror World or Classic Mode to earn exclusive Arcane emotes and items.
Version 1.7 New Features
Players that are knocked down, from both teams, can now be carried. The movement speed will be slowed down and carrying players cannot do any other actions including combat, supply recharge, enter vehicles, and use consumables.
While being carried, players will receive passive damage at a slower rate, so it will take longer for them to be eliminated.
The fan favourite Metro Royale: Reunion, Vikendi, Payload 2.0, Runic Power, Survive Till Dawn and Infection Modes will be playable at certain times of the week.
Version 1.7 will also introduce the All-Talent Championship Season 4, where teams can compete in weekly competitions to earn activity and ranking rewards.
They can them move on to the playoffs, Semi-finals and Finals where teams will battle it out to become the best of the best.
Starting 21 Nov to 5 Dec, PUBG Mobile will be giving store promotions and discounts to players in conjunction with Cyber Week.
Players can earn rewards and coupons for activities and purchase outfits at up to 90% discount. Players are also able to purchase the Black Friday exclusives with the opportunity to earn all their Unknown Cash with rebate missions.
