After launching the world’s toughest earbuds, the Jabra Elite 8 Active, early this month, the company is now introducing its high-end active noise cancellation (ANC) earbuds here.
The Jabra Elite 10, its the most advanced wireless earbuds model from the company. These earbuds feature Dolby Atmos and Dolby Head Tracking and come equipped with 10mm drivers covering a range from 20Hz to 20,000Hz.
The earbuds incorporate a semi-open design, intended to alleviate ear pressure and enhance the comfort of ANC listening, according to Jabra.
There are a total of six microphones included to ensure clear call quality, and Jabra asserts that the “Advanced ANC” on the earbuds effectively reduces twice as much noise compared to its standard ANC technology.
The earbuds don’t support Qualcomm’s AptX Bluetooth codecs; Jabra has opted for AAC and SBC instead, while still providing Bluetooth 5.3 and Bluetooth Multipoint connections. But Jabra has plans to include LC3 and LC3 Plus codecs through future firmware updates.
The earbuds also includes hands-free voice assistance, Fast Pair, Swift Pair, and Spotify Tap playback support.
When ANC is activated, Jabra claims the Elite 10 can last up to six hours on a single full charge. The battery life extends to 27 hours with the included charging case.
Charging the earbuds to full capacity takes approximately three hours using wired or Qi wireless charging. Additionally, the Elite 10 offers IP57 water and dust resistance.
Pricing and Availability
The Jabra Elite 10 is priced at RM1,299 with colour variants ranging from Titanium Black, Cream, and Cocoa.
The earbuds will be available at selected authorised retailers nationwide from the end of September 2023.
