Jabra just unveiled their latest earbuds, the Elite 8 Active and it’s their most robust offering to date. These tough wireless earbuds are designed with a focus on sports and workout enthusiasts.
These active noise cancelling (ANC) earbuds have IP68 and MIL-STD-810G ratings, signifying their ability to withstand extreme conditions.

Not only are they fully waterproof up to 1.5 meters and impervious to dust, but they can also endure harsh environments, this is why the company claims the earbuds are the world’s toughest. Additionally, the case is rated at IP54 for protection against both dust and splashes.
In terms of functionality, the Jabra Elite 8 Active incorporates six-microphone calling technology that enable for clear calls with wind noise protection, 6mm drivers, and Dolby Audio to provide a satisfying audio experience.
Jabra guarantees eight hours of battery life for the Elite 8 Active, which can be extended up to 32 hours when using the case and with ANC activated.
Furthermore, the Elite 8 Active boasts support for Google Assistant, Fast Pair, Swift Pair, and Spotify Tap playback. Bluetooth Multipoint is included, and the earbuds are prepared for LC3 and LC3 plus codec support.
Pricing and Availability
The Jabra Elite 8 Active retails for RM1,049 and it’s available in Navy, Dark Grey and Caramel colour options.

Pre-orders will be open on the brand’s official online stores, including Shopee, Lazada, and Sunway eMall, starting from 8 until 17 September 2023.
The new earbuds are scheduled for shipment by 18 September 2023, and will be available in selected authorised retailers nationwide towards the end of the same month.
