Ugreen has unveiled the Nexode RG, a new charger designed to function as a charming “robotic companion.”
The Nexode RG Charger boasts a charging speed of up to 65W, leveraging gallium nitride (GaN) technology instead of traditional silicon semiconductors. This switch allows Ugreen to create a compact and fast-charging device.
Featuring 2 USB-C ports and a single USB-A port, the charger accommodates up to three devices simultaneously. Ugreen asserts that the Nexode RG can charge an iPhone 15 Pro up to 60% or a MacBook Air M2 up to 51% in just 30 minutes.
Beyond its unique charming robotic design, the Nexode RG comes with removable boots serving as both a stand and a protective lid for the prongs. The device incorporates a temperature monitoring system to prevent short circuits, overloads, and overvoltage, all while being constructed from flame-retardant materials.
Pricing and Availability
The GaN charger is offered in various versions, starting at RM69.91 for the 30W model and goes all the way up to RM147.70 for the 65W version.
