The Realme GT3 was first announced at the Mobile World Congress in late February 2023, and after more than nine months, the company has decided to launch the phone on our shores.
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 powers the Realme GT3, equipped with an Adreno 730 GPU, up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. Though no longer the most powerful chip on the market, it’s still more than good enough to power through whatever you throw at it.
The Realme GT3 is available in two colours: Pulse White, and Racing Purple.
Its 6.74-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, boasting a resolution of 2772×1240 pixels, features a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 1,400 nits, ensuring vibrant visuals.
In terms of photography, the rear camera setup comprises a 50MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro lens. Selfies are captured with a 16MP front-facing camera.
A robust 4,600mAh Li-Po battery powers the smartphone, supporting incredibly fast 240W wired charging. Realme claims it should be able to charge the phone from 0 – 100% in around 10 minutes.
The phone incorporates an in-display fingerprint sensor, and an RGB lighting system graces the back of the phone, known as the “Pulse Interface System.” This system serves to convey charging status and notifications, offering full customisation with 25 colours, two rhythm styles, and five light-speed modes.
It also supports USB Type-C audio, stereo speakers featuring Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res Audio. Connectivity options encompass 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C.
Pricing and Availability
At the time of writing, the pricing has not been disclosed. But from today until 21 December 2023, you place your order at the nearest Realme Brand Stores.

Those who pre-order the Realme GT3 240W can then collect their smartphones and gifts with purchase from 22 December 2023 onwards.
