Maxis Is Down For Some Users, Telco Company Says They’re Trying To Fix The Problem ASAP

Some Maxis users have reported network issues online and the company has acknowledged the disruptions via their social media accounts.

Most of them mentioned that they’re having problems with connecting to the internet and making calls.

In a reply to one of the users, the company said they’re working to rectify the problem “as soon as possible”.

Users have also reported the problem on Down Detector, with most of them coming in at around 1 PM and it peaked at around 3:35 PM with 610 reports submitted.

Meanwhile, we are also getting feedback that some Maxis users are not affected by this alleged outage, which could mean that not everyone who’s using Maxis is facing these network problems.
