In May, OpenAI introduced the standalone ChatGPT app for iOS and assured that an Android version would follow shortly. Now, after more than two months later, OpenAI has declared that the ChatGPT app for Android will be released next week.
According to OpenAI, the standalone ChatGPT app is designed to offer users immediate responses, personalised guidance, creative inspiration, expert input, and valuable learning prospects.
If you want more features and access to the latest ChatGPT version, you can opt for ChatGPT Plus which cost USD20 (RM91.50) per month.
If you are eager to test ChatGPT’s Android app, you can now pre-register on the Google Play Store. The app will be available for free and will synchronise user history across multiple devices.
