If you are wondering why your Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet app is misbehaving today, you are not alone.
According to TNG eWallet Facebook’s post, the company said they are experiencing some technical issues.
But they said users can still use their TNG card to pay for tolls and parking via PayDirect and RFID. Netizens complained that their balance was empty, they were unable to login, and one even complained that his customer don’t want to buy from him because the eWallet app went down.
Also, Touch ‘n Go Malaysia Facebook’s post said that the RFID at SPRINT Expressway are temporarily unavailable because of network disruption at Pantai Toll Plaza and Bukit Kiara Toll Plaza.
At the time of writing, TNG didn’t say how long it’s going to take for them to fix the issues and what is the issues.
