Boost e-wallet users have new surprises awaiting them as the homegrown digital payment app rolled out new updates to its service that take effect from 18th May.

Among the key updates include the removal of the Cash Out feature from users’ e-wallets to their bank accounts.

According to the app’s announcement, the step is to avoid risks of having unauthorised transactions to a third party account and to ensure wallets are kept safely within the boost wallet.

Aside from that, the new update to the e-wallet includes higher limits for both Basic Wallet (maximum RM1,000) and Premium Wallet users (maximum RM4,999).
