The 16-inch laptop is packing Ryzen 6000 CPU under the hood, with support for up to Ryzen 6800U and up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM. For storage, the laptop goes up to 1TB of NVMe Gen4 SSD.
Inside this laptop, there’s a special security chip, Microsoft Pluton, and it is a secure crypto-processor built into the CPU. The chip provides hardware-based root of trust, secure identity, secure attestation, and cryptographic services. This chip is only available on Ryzen 6000 series CPU, so don’t expect to see an Intel version of this laptop.
