Xiaomi was supposed to launch the Xiaomi 13 Series on 1 December 2022 in China, but the company postponed the launch at the last minute without any reason. We believed it was due to the passing of China’s former president, Jiang Zemin.

Xiaomi Malaysia is going to bring the Xiaomi 13 Series to our shores soon because Amanz has spotted that the Xiaomi 13 Pro has received a certification from SIRIM.

But when Lowyat.net searched for the listing in the SIRIM Online Certification for Communication and Multimedia products (eComM) database, they found out that the listing has gone missing. Nevertheless, this is an indication that Xiaomi is planning to launch the phones soon.

About the specs, we know the Xiaomi 13 Series will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which uses UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5X RAM. It also has an IP68 rating for dust and water-resistant and it will be using a 1-inch Sony IMX 989 sensor for its main camera.

In addition, a Twitter user has spotted an official image of the phones as well.
