Samsung Malaysia Electronics recently announced that the Galaxy Buds2 will now be available in the Onyx variant (glossy black). It’s an uncommon colour among wireless earbuds that tend to lean towards white and bright pastel colours.
The Onyx Galaxy Buds2 comes in a rich shiny black finish that matches the inside of its case.
The outside of the case, which is white on the other models, is black as well but a few shades lighter.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Buds2 is getting the 360 Audio feature from the Galaxy Buds Pro in a firmware update.
The feature lets the Galaxy Buds2 create a surround soundscape that could be paired with Dolby Head Tracking to create a three-dimensional listening experience.
Users can also pick from six distinct equaliser settings and find one that fits their listening preference.
Call clarity, as well as Bluetooth connectivity, are enhanced in the new update as well.
With these updates, the Galaxy Buds2 now comes in five colours and retails for RM499.
They are available at all Samsung Experience Stores, Samsung Authorised Dealers and Samsung Malaysia Online Store.
