Samsung Galaxy A35 And A55 Have Landed In Malaysia; Price Starts From RM1,699

Samsung Malaysia announced that they are bringing the latest additions of the popular Galaxy A Series to stores nationwide very soon.

The Galaxy A55 is equipped with the Exynos 1480 chipset, whereas the Galaxy A35 utilizes the Exynos 1380. The A55 boasts 12GB of RAM compared to the A35’s 8GB, yet both models share the same storage capacity of 256GB.

Both the Galaxy A55 and A35 sport a 6.6-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate, accompanied by a 5,000mAh battery capacity and support for 25W fast charging.

Regarding their camera setups, both devices are equipped with a 50MP main camera and a 5MP macro camera. However, the Galaxy A55 stands out with a 12MP wide-angle lens, whereas the A35 features an 8MP wide-angle shooter. As for their front-facing cameras, the A55 integrates a 32MP shooter, while the A35 houses a 13MP shooter.

Both phones come in Awesome IceBlue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy colours.

Pricing and Availability

The Galaxy A55 retails for RM1,999, while the A35 is priced at RM1,699. The Galaxy A55 comes with a free Galaxy Buds FE worth RM399 and one year extended warranty worth RM129.

The Galaxy A35 gets a 2 years Samsung Care+ worth RM459 (coverage includes 2 years accidental and liquid damage and 1 year extended warranty with device support service).

Both of the phones will officially be available in Malaysia at Samsung Experience Stores, Samsung Authorised Retailers, Samsung Brand Stores on Shopee and Lazada, and Samsung Malaysia Online Store from 22 March 2024 onwards.
