The Vivo V30 is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Despite its name suggesting it follows the SD 7+ Gen 2 or SD 7s Gen 2, the new chip actually positions itself in between these two chips, according to GSMArena.
The phone sports a curved 6.78” AMOLED screen with 1260p resolution, 2,800 nits peak brightness, and 120Hz refresh rate. There’s a fingerprint scanner underneath the screen as well.
The V30 comes with a 50MP OmniVision OV50E sensor for the main camera, the ultrawide sensor is another 50 MP sensor and has autofocus. The selfie camera is also a 50MP sensor.
Powering the phone is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W FlashCharge. Furthermore, the V30 is running on Funtouch 14 based on Android 14, and Vivo will be supporting the phone for at least four years.
The vivo V30 is available in four distinct colours, each featuring a unique texture. Bloom White showcases a 3D Petal Pattern, Waving Aqua boasts a Rippling Magnetic Particle effect, Lush Green is a colour-changing variant, and Noble Black comes with Fluorite AG Glass.
Pricing and Availability
The phone is set to launch in over 30 markets, including Malaysia. Details regarding availability, pricing, and specifications will be disclosed at a later date, according to GSMArena.
