If you’re having trouble opening up Maybank2u or Maybank’s MAE app recently, you’re not alone as many users have reported that they are unable to use both platforms.
Maybank via their social media accounts replied to users saying that there is an intermittent service disruption for both platforms at the moment.
However, the bank didn’t specify how much time they needed to fix the problem.

After looking through social media, we found that users have been reporting the issue for a few hours now with most of them saying that they are unable to use both platforms for various purposes.
Users complained that they were unable to pay bills, perform interbank GIRO transfers or access the platforms.
