Toshiba just announced the launch of its Z870M, Z670M and M550M TV in Malaysia. The Z670M and Z870M models are equipped with the brand’s latest AI-powered REGZA Engine ZRi chip and Mini LED technology.
Toshiba markets the Z670M to deliver high-end cinematic and gaming experiences to consumers. This TV boasts a Quantum Dot LED panel and an onboard REGZA Engine ZRi chip, enabling it to produce top-notch visuals at up to 4K resolution with support for Dolby Vision and HDR 10+.
Additionally, it incorporates a Full Array Local Dimming Pro function to enhance contrast ratios in light and dark scenes by adjusting the backlight zones.
For gaming enthusiasts, the TV provides an adaptive, variable refresh rate (VRR) of up to 144Hz, along with features like AMD FreeSync Premium, Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), and IMAX Enhanced capabilities.
In terms of audio, the Z670M is equipped with front-firing speakers that feature REGZA Power Audio Pro+, REGZA Bass System, Tru Bass Booster, and Dolby Atmos enhancements to offer users an immersive sound experience.
Moving on to the Toshiba Z870M model, it’s similar to Z670M, but it trades the adaptive VRR capability for a Mini LED panel and more robust REGZA Bass Woofer PRO sound enhancement.
Additionally, this TV includes Far Field Voice, allowing users to navigate its controls via voice command. It also features an onboard Smart Sharing function, enabling movie, music, and game streaming, as well as photo sharing with any device supported by the Apple HomeKit ecosystem.
As for the third TV, the Toshiba M550M which is set to launch in October 2023, is equipped with the brand’s REGZA Engine ZR and operates on Google TV. It also boasts a Quantum Dot LED panel supporting resolutions of up to 4K, with Dolby Vision HDR and Colour Re-Master Pro.
In the audio department, the M550M offers REGZA Power Audio PRO, Tru Bass Booster, and REGZA Bass Woofer technologies to provide a satisfying sound experience.
