You Can Now Buy Outfits For Your Avatars On Meta Platforms

The social media giant has partnered with luxury brands, football clubs and popular Netflix shows to bring a line-up of outfit options to the Avatars Store.

Meta introduced the Avatars Store back in June 2022 and today, the social media company is launching the Meta Avatars Store in Malaysia, as part of its Asia-Pacific rollout. The Avatars Store will allow users to express themselves and customise their avatars with premium outfits, in addition to the existing free outfits and accessories.

The company has teamed up with high-end retailers, professional football leagues, and hit Netflix series to deliver a selection of outfit choices to the Avatars Store.

At launch, fashion lovers will be able to purchase premium outfits from Prada and Thom Browne, as well as US streetwear labels Madhappy and DressX. Fans of top European football club Liverpool F.C. can show support for their team with the various football kits available. For avid watchers of Netflix, outfits from popular shows Squid Game and Stranger Things will be available.
