Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Series Tablets Bring New Premium Experiences With A Starting Price Of RM3,699

Besides smartwatches and foldables, Samsung also introduces new premium tablets, the Galaxy Tab S9 Series. This year, all the tablets are using the same display and share quite a number of similarities on the inside as well.

The Galaxy Tab S9 comes in three sizes: 11-inch (Tab S9), 12.4-inch (Tab S9+), and 14.6-inch (Tab S9 Ultra). All of them are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy and use Dynamic AMOLED 2X with a 120Hz refresh rate, and 16:10 aspect ratio display. The tablets have up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, that can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card.

They have up to two rear cameras, a 13MP AF + 8MP Ultra-Wide, and up to two front cameras, 12MP + 12MP Ultra-Wide. Also, they have up to an 11,200mAh battery, but Samsung didn’t say what the charging speed is or if it does reverse wireless charging.

Besides that, the tablets and the S Pen (included in the box) are IP68 certified, which mean they are water and dust resistant. They also support 5G,Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, under-display fingerprint scanner, and are equipped with quad stereo speakers tuned by AKG and support Dolby Atmos.

If the regular S Pen is not good enough for you, you can upgrade to the S Pen Creator Edition for an even more premium experience. The S Pen Creator Edition is designed with textured material for a comfortable grip and a wider tilt angle.

The Galaxy Tab S9 series will be available in Malaysia nationwide starting from 18 August 2023.
