LG Electronics (LG) announced the launch of its new LG UltraGear gaming monitors line-up including the much-anticipated arrival of LG UltraGear’s first OLED gaming monitor – the 48GQ900 model, and the flagship 32GQ850 model that comes with a QHD Nano IPS display and Advanced True Wide (ATW) Polarizer technology. There’s also an affordable gaming monitor that comes in two display sizes.
First up, the top-of-the-line, LG UltraGear 48GQ900 is an OLED gaming monitor with a 48-inch 4K screen, capable of going up to 138Hz refresh rate. It has a 0.1ms response time, and support for NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium.
The screen has a DCI-P3 98.5% coverage and supports HDR10. Also, it has three HDMI 2.1, one DP 1.4 with DSC, USB 3.0 (one upstream and two downstream ports), a 3.5mm jack and an optical jack. The display also has two 20W internal speakers.
Next up is the 32GQ850. This is a QHD (2560×1440) 32-inch Nano IPS display with ATW Polarizer. It can go up to 260Hz refresh rate, and 1ms GTG response time, and it supports VESA AdaptiveSync Display, NVIDIA G-SYNC, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro.
The display has 98% coverage of DCI-P3, certified VESA DisplayHDR 600. There are two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DP 1.4 with DSC, USB 3.0 (one upstream and two downstream ports) and a 3.5mm jack.
Last but not least are the 27GQ50F and 24GQ50F. These monitors shared the same specs and are available in 27 and 24-inch. It is a Full HD VA monitor that has a refresh rate of 165Hz and 1ms Motion Blur Reduction (MBR).
The monitor also support AMD FreeSync Premium, two HDMI 1.4 ports, one DP 1.2, and a headphone jack.
