Tesla Breaks Ground With First Service Centre In Cyberjaya And Commences Model 3 Deliveries

Tesla has initiated the delivery of its popular electric sedan, the Model 3, in Malaysia. Customers received their Model 3 Rear-Wheel Drive and Long Range at Tesla’s Cyberjaya centre, with additional deliveries on the way, according to Tesla press release.

Other than that, Tesla also opened its first Service Centre in Cyberjaya, situated at Cyberview 23A, Persiaran APEC, Cyber 6. Covering approximately 22,000 square feet, the centre offers a comprehensive service experience for Tesla owners.

This includes Over-the-air (OTA) remote diagnosis support, a 24/7 owner hotline, and the convenience of scheduling appointments through the Tesla mobile app, tailored to individual preferences. The service centre opens from Monday to Friday; 9am – 6pm.

Furthermore, the electric vehicle (EV) company also launched the Premium Connectivity service that aims to elevate the driving experience by providing access to data-intensive features such as streaming music and media, live traffic visualisation, and more.

Interested Tesla owners can subscribe to Premium Connectivity for RM35.99 per month.

Tesla also encourages owners to join the official Tesla Owners Club Malaysia. By becoming a part of this community, owners gain access to exclusive privileges from various Tesla partners, while these partners, in turn, can connect with the rapidly growing Tesla community.
