Back in April 2021, OnePlus released its first smartwatch, the OnePlus Watch, and after that, the company stopped releasing any wearables.
But, the company is preparing to dwell into the smartwatch market once more and they are launching the OnePlus Watch 2, and a prominent leaker, @OnLeaks, has provided us with a glimpse of the forthcoming smartwatch.
According to MySmartPrice, the second OnePlus smartwatch retains the circular dial, featuring a metal chassis and two buttons positioned on the dial’s right side. Its plain rubber straps will be available in black and white.
Take note that these renders are based on actual prototype images in the testing phase. Therefore, slight variations in minor details might be expected in the final product.
OnLeaks says that the OnePlus Watch 2 will showcase a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset, plus essential health sensors will be beneath the display alongside the charging connector and it will be running on WearOS 4.
As for the launch date, we predict that it will be launching alongside the upcoming OnePlus 12 that is expected to hit the Chinese market in December this year and in Q1 2024 globally.
