The first Apple Premium Partner (APP) store in Malaysia was opened by Machines back in October 2022 and it was also the first APP store in Southeast Asia. Now, another Apple authorised partner is opening another APP here.
Switch, a brand by CG Computers Sdn, Bhd., announced that they just opened its first APP store in Sunway Pyramid Mall.
Switch APP store offers a wide range of Apple products such as iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, and accessories including Apple Pencil, AirPods and AirTag.
So, what’s the difference between APP store and other Apple-authorised resellers in Malaysia? Supposedly, you can expect a higher level of quality of service and all the staff are Apple-certified advisors. So, they can help you with all the Apple products and software released in Malaysia.

Chia said that she hope they can open more APP stores throughout Malaysia in the future to better serve their customers.
