It is almost the end of 2022 and still no news of an Apple Store in Malaysia despite the rumour. But hey, at least we are getting a premium store. That should be enough to satiate the hunger of Apple fans for an Apple Store for now.
Machines opened their first Apple Premium Partner Store (APPS) in Pavilion KL last month. This store is also the first APPS in Southeast Asia according to SoyaCincau.
So, what’s the difference between APPS and other Apple-authorised resellers in Malaysia? Supposedly, you can expect a higher level of quality of service and all the staff are Apple-certified advisors. So, they can help you with all the Apple products and software released in Malaysia.
If you don’t look too closely, this APPS looks just like the real Apple Store. Go and take a look next time you are in KL. The APPS is located at Pavilion KL, Level 5. If you still want to experience the real thing, your only options are Singapore and Thailand.
