Last week, Xiaomi announced that they will be launching the highly anticipated Xiaomi 13 Ultra globally this month. But we don’t have to wait until launch date to see what the phone will looks like thanks to a leaker.

Smartprix reports that they have the exclusive renders of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra thanks to OnLeaks, a famous source known for leaking phone images before they launched.

The leaked design portrays a smartphone with a curved edge design and a significant circular camera module located at the centre of the back. The rear panel is of a white hue and presents a leather finish, with Xiaomi branding positioned towards the lower end.

The camera module incorporates a quad camera arrangement and two LED flashes. The module stands out from the surface, causing the top half of the back panel to be elevated.

The dimensions of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra are approximately 163.18×74.64×9.57mm, and the thickness of the device, inclusive of the camera bump, is approximately 15.61mm, which makes it a thick smartphone. The body appears to be made of aluminium.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra reportedly boasts a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display panel with 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage.

Rumours suggest that the device will come with a 4,900mAh battery, capable of supporting 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.

Regarding the camera specifications, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is rumoured to have a quad camera configuration at the back, with a 50MP 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor and three additional 50MP cameras. The front camera will be a single 32MP camera, and the device will run on Android 13-based MIUI 14 operating system.

We shall wait and see if all these are true when the phone officially launches this month.
