Celcom Users In Ulu Perak, Penang, Kedah And Perlis Are Facing Service Disruptions

If you are living in of those four states, and you have been wondering why Celcom is not working today, this is the reason.

Celcom just tweeted that their fibre cut was cut and users will not be able to call, send messages, and use the internet at the moment.

Customers in parts of Ulu Perak, Penang, Kedah and Perlis may find their voice and data experience affected due to a triple fibre cut. Our network engineers are working hard to resolve this issue and restore services as soon as possible.

Celcom said their network engineers have been working hard to solve this issue. Apparently, this issue started more than three hours ago.

This network disruption affects more than just Celcom and Xpax users, Celcom Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) users such as Yoodo, TuneTalk, XOX and RedOne are also affected.
