Telekom Malaysia (TM) is offering free Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) replacements to victims of the torrential flooding.
Affected customers can request a broadband termination and wireless router replacement by contacting UniFi’s hotline (100) or texting them via the UniFi Live Chat bot.

It’s still unknown if customers that opt in the hardware replacement program will get their contracts extended.
Service restoration work in the affected areas is still ongoing and customers can check the status on the #UniFiAlert website here.
