Starting Wednesday (22 Dec), Tabung Haji (TH) account holders do not have to make their way to a brand office to update their personal information.
In a statement, TH General Manager of Business Digitisation, Mohamed Ammen Abdul Wahab said information like title, email, permanent and correspondence addresses, home or office phone numbers, bank account number among others can be updated through the THiJARI app.
However if you want to update your mobile phone number, you will have to go to a TH branch office.
This is due to Bank Negara Malaysia’s (BNM) Electronic Know-Your-Customer (e-KYC) policy that is aimed to reduce the risks involved in online transactions.
The THiJARI app is available to download now from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
