An Instagram carousel is one of those posts with up to 10 photos or videos in them. It was a feature that was introduced some four years ago.
But, recently, the Head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri announced that the app now lets users delete a single image from a carousel.
Just tap the three dots on the top right of the carousel you want to remove, tap Edit, and tap on the trash can icon on the top right of the picture or clip you want to delete from the carousel.
The feature is currently only available on iOS and is coming soon to Android.
Instagram also introduced a new feature that is called Rage Shake.
The idea is if the app is not working as it should, just give your phone a shake and the bug report interface will pop up. However, the feature is currently only available in the US.
Strangely enough, Mosseri didn’t make the announcement on Instagram, but on Twitter instead.
