We have received the latest Galaxy Z Flip5 for a review and this is my first time using a foldable phone. I have been using traditional smartphones my entire life since the Galaxy S2, so I’m excited to try something new.

The Galaxy Z Flip5 is still one of the most unique phones on the market, thanks to its folding design. It’s small and compact when folded, but it opens up to a full-sized 6.7-inch AMOLED display.

The cover screen on the Z Flip5 is known as “Flex Window” and it’s now 3.4-inch, which is a significant increase from the 1.9-inch on the previous model.

This makes it much easier to use the cover screen for things like checking notifications, taking selfies, replying to messages, controlling music playback and so much more.

The Z Flip5 feels very well-built. The hinge is sturdy and smooth, and the phone is made from durable materials like Armor Aluminum and Gorilla Glass Victus 2. I hope that it will withstand everyday wear and tear.

The biggest improvement is that there’s very little gap when the phone is folded compared to the Z Flip 4, which should help keep dust and other debris from entering and damaging the screen.

The Z Flip5 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which is one of the fastest mobile processors on the market. It’s more than powerful enough to handle everyday tasks, gaming, and multitasking. Not to mention it’s efficient as well, which should help with the battery life.

The flip phone has the same dual-camera system on the back as the Z Flip4, consisting of a 12MP main sensor and a 12MP ultrawide sensor.

The Z Flip5 runs Android 13 with One UI 5.1.1. It’s a clean and user-friendly interface, and it’s packed with features. I especially like the new Flex Window feature, which allows you to use the phone in a variety of different ways, such as for hands-free video calls or taking selfies using the cameras on the back.

Overall, I’m impressed with Z Flip5. It’s a stylish and durable foldable phone with a large and useful cover screen and packing a powerful chip. I’m going to use this phone as my daily driver and see how it performs after a couple of weeks. Stay tuned to my review!
