Xiaomi recently released the Xiaomi Smart Band 7, a smart wearable with a 1.62-inch AMOLED display.
It has over 110 sport modes and three additional modes: Training load, Recovery duration, and Training effect.
The Xiaomi Smart Band 7 also has VO₂ and sleep tracking, as well as SpO₂ and heart-rate monitoring.
However, it must be noted that these features are not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prediction, the prognosis of any disease, investigation of physiological processes or any other medical purpose.
For customizability, there are more than 100 watch faces to choose from, as well as strap options to match.
The battery in the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 is said to last for up to 14 days on standby and has 5ATM water resistance (50 meters). However, Xiaomi noted that you should “avoid sauna, hot shower, and swift currents during water sports” when wearing one.
