Monkey Wash launched their first mobile app which is projected to provide 1,000 Malaysians job opportunities in 100 micro business capital ventures via the app and car wash kiosk program.
It is a bit like Grab Food but for car washes.
Monkey Wash cuts out the need to go out to get your car washed. Just order a car wash via the app and their washer will to come to you to wash your car.
Officiated by the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports (KBS), Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker, who stated that the business was much needed by the market in light of the recent floods and lockdowns.
There are no membership fees.
However, you can get your car professionally detailed at one of over 100 Monkey Wash outlets at a special price.
The launch also introduced the Monkey Wash Car Wash Kiosk Program, a micro business opportunity that lets Malaysians start their own car wash business with a small capital, under the Monkey Wash banner.
Founder and CEO, Terry Swee said the platform can be used to generate permanent or side income for Malaysians and calls it a breakthrough in the local business ecosystem.
The last few years have been very challenging, Malaysians have been severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. I am thankful to have been given the special opportunity to be with my friends in our country and provide online car wash services while generating a lucrative income in order to overcome uncontrollable situations such as this pandemic.

Swee added that the company is now active in the Klang Valley, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Bintulu and Johor Bahru with more sites to come.
Monkey Wash is also set to operate in Brunei starting January 2022 and they have plans to expand their services to door-to-door laundry and domestic cleaning services in the future.
The Monkey Wash app is available now at the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
