Realme is expected to launch its Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ soon and they company hinted that they are collaborating with a luxury Swiss watch brand without saying who it is.
Realme announced its partnership with Ollivier Saveo, a renowned luxury watch designer. However, the mention of the Rolex brand was omitted, and instead, an emoji resembling a crown was employed – coincidentally, the same emblem associated with the Swiss watch brand.
However, a leaker on X found out who the luxury watchmaker is, and it’s Rolex.
Based on the leaked image, the Realme 12 Pro+ model has Blue leather and gold accents on the back.
The teaser included the date 28 on the Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust, potentially indicating that the unveiling is scheduled for 28 January 2024.
The Realme 12 Pro series is set to introduce advanced periscope telephoto technology. Notably, it incorporates a 3X Portrait Mode with an 80mm golden portrait focal length and boasts an impressive 120X digital zoom capability.
The series features a substantial periscope telephoto sensor equipped with the flagship 1/2 inch OV64B sensor.
Complementing the periscope tele-camera and ultra-wide camera, the main camera of the Realme 12 Pro series comes equipped with the Sony IMX890 OIS. This camera boasts a large 1/1.56” sensor, a 24mm equivalent focal length, and a wide f/1.8 aperture.
Notably, it facilitates lossless zoom at 0.6x, 1x, 2x, 3x, and 6x, providing comprehensive full-focal-length lossless zoom capabilities.
