ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) announced a collaboration with PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds: NEW STATE (PUBG: NEW STATE), from publisher KRAFTON.
The partnership will present a series of showmatch campaigns called ROG Phone 5s x PUBG: NEW STATE Elite Showmatch that is set to start this month. The showmatches features a prize pool of over RM208,075 in gaming gear.
The campaign will feature a 100-player tournament across the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asian regions.
The participants will also include over 20 top influencers from around the globe and regular players.
The winner will receive a full hardware upgrade and an ROG Phone 5s.
Fans that participate from countries including Germany, France, UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Russia, Japan, and Taiwan will receive some special in-game items like ROG branded parachutes and t-shirts to customise their in-game character.
