Malaysia’s leading ride hailing and food delivery app was down this morning and the outage is still happening as of writing this piece.

Users are unable to order food, get a ride to work or send items through their courier service.

On Twitter, Grab Malaysia apologised for the outage that is happening as users on the platform in the past hour (as of writing) complained about the app being down.

There has yet to be an official statement from Grab as to why the outage is happening.

TRP contacted a spokesperson who said their teams are working hard to fix this, updates will be provided as they become available, and apologised for the inconvenience.

The outage is not only happening in Malaysia, it is happening in Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines.
