WhatsApp Business has become an invaluable tool for small businesses seeking efficient and effective customer outreach without spending a whole lot of money. This new feature introduced by WhatsApp allows these businesses to reach their target audience promptly, ensuring instant communication and seamless interactions.

WhatsApp made an announcement yesterday, stating that users of the WhatsApp Business app now have the ability to generate Facebook and Instagram ads that lead directly to WhatsApp, without a Facebook account.

In the near future, these businesses will be able to seamlessly create, purchase, and publish Facebook or Instagram ads directly within the WhatsApp Business app, eliminating the need for a Facebook account. Getting started requires only an email address and a valid payment method. When users interact with these ads by clicking on them, a WhatsApp chat window opens, allowing them to conveniently inquire about products, explore offerings, and even make purchases.

Furthermore, WhatsApp Business is set to undergo a testing phase for an upcoming feature that allows small businesses to send personalised messages to their customers. With this new feature, businesses can send customised messages to their customers, such as appointment reminders, birthday greetings, or updates on special promotions, in a faster and more efficient manner.

Gone are the days of manually sending the same message to multiple customers. Instead, this feature allows businesses to send personalised messages that include the customer’s name and customisable call-to-action buttons, targeting specific customer lists like “VIP customers” or “new customers.”

Moreover, businesses can schedule the precise day and time for message delivery, and gain insights into the effectiveness of their messaging efforts. WhatsApp said this advanced, optional type of message is available for a fee in the WhatsApp Business app and they will share more details in the future.
