Realme Releasing An Android 12 Based UI Called UI 3.0

realme released a new user interface (UI), called UI 3.0 bringing many new features of Android 12 and continues the product concept of Seamless Fun.

Fluid Space Design

realme claimed that they have changed the design to be better suited for personal expression and creating a fluid user experience

What they have changed in the new UI is the icons are completely refreshed with a new 3D icon design. Compared to UI 2.0, the new UI has a wider range of colours added to better fit what realme calls “the diverse personalities of young people”.

Personalization

realme has added support for global theme color customization which allows you to choose your favorite hues as the theme.

The new always-on-display (AOD) has also gotten an upgrade so users can upload a photo of their choice and enjoy a unique AOD design.

realme has also released a realme mascot called realmeow.

The UI 3.0 also supports various Omojis and has new dynamic wallpapers that may suit your personal style.

Fluidity and Functionality

According to realme they have upgraded the fluid experience from UI 2.0. Realme implemented their AI Smooth Engine, which is claimed to add smoothness and reduces power consumption.

realme also claims their AI Smooth Engine decreases memory usage by 30%, improves overall app launching performance by 10%, and increases battery life by 12%.

With the new AI implementation realme says the animation is better optimised and feels more fluid.

Privacy

realme UI 3.0 has updated its privacy functions assuring that users’ personal data and information are safer than ever before.

Users will be able to delete the photos’ location and photographic data when they share their photos. These data includes time stamp, camera model, and settings.

realme also updated the permission features in the new UI where you can see your data and how it is being used in the graphics designed to make it more user friendly and easy to understand.

realme is expected to open test the new UI 3.0 for the realme GT around October 2021 and for realme X7 Max, realme GT Master Edition, realme 8 Pro, realme GT Neo2 5G in December 2021.
