Samsung has dubbed AI as “Advanced Intelligence,” incorporating a multitude of AI-driven features into their phones, designed to enhance the user experience.

Here are some of the features that you can use with Galaxy AI:

  1. Circle to Search: This feature allows users to circle items on their screen, either with the S Pen or their finger, to get Google Search results. This is my most used feature, as I can easily search for almost anything with ease.
  2. Live Translate: This feature helps break down language barriers over the phone or while texting. I can envision using this feature while traveling abroad in areas where English is not commonly spoken.
  3. Note Assist: This AI tool formats your notes into a clear, easy-to-review summary. This feature could be particularly beneficial for students who need to take extensive notes throughout their day.
  4. Chat Assist: This feature provides real-time tone suggestions to make your writing sound more professional or conversational. I have been using this feature to help me write work-related emails and it’s incredibly useful.
  5. Generative Edit: This AI-powered photo editing tool can relocate objects and intelligently fill in empty spaces. This feature has saved many of my photos by removing strangers from the background and enhancing their overall appearance.
  6. Super HDR AI: This feature allows you to see what your super-vivid pics and videos will look like before you take them.

Please be aware that the Galaxy AI will be free to use only until the end of 2025, and it is also available for the Galaxy S23 series phones via the One UI 6.1 update.

The integration of AI in Samsung Galaxy devices is just the beginning. With advancements in AI and machine learning, we can expect even more personalised and efficient features in future Galaxy devices. From AI-powered health tracking to smart home control, the possibilities are endless.
