Just a couple of days ago, Asus announced that its Zenbook 14X OLED (UX3404), which is a premium thin-and-light laptop from the Zenbook family, will soon reach our shores.

The Zenbook 14X OLED is powered by up to the latest 13th Gen Intel Core 13900H, 32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD, with an ASUS IceCool cooling system to maximize performance, and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050.
The laptop has a 10-bit 14.5-inch 16:10 2.8K 120Hz OLED HDR display with a touchscreen option. The display is Pantone Validated, covers 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, up to DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification, and SGS and TÜV Rheinland-certified eye care.
Keeping the laptop running is a 70 Wh battery with fast-charge technology, and USB-C Easy Charge support, which allows a flexible choice of standard 5-20V USB-C chargers. Users can enjoy fast charging with any PD (Power Delivery) certified charger, or juice up the device on the go with airline chargers, portable chargers or power banks.
The laptop chassis is 16.9 mm thin and 1.5 kg light, and is available in two colours, Inkwell Gray and Sandstone Beige. This latter colour features a brand-new ceramic-like finish, created using an eco-friendly Plasma Ceramization coating process. Asus claims this creates ceramic-like coating with an 8H hardness that shuns fingerprints, and is also resistant to fading and wear.
For ports and connectivity, the laptop has one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, two Thunderbolt 4 (supporting display / power delivery), one HDMI 2.1 TMDS, and one 3.5mm Combo Audio Jack. Besides that, it also support Wi-Fi 6E(802.11ax) (Dual band) and Bluetooth 5.0.
There’s also a FHD camera with IR function to support Windows Hello and stereo speakers with harman/kardon tuning.
