Xiaomi and Maxis have decided to team up and bring forth an affordable 5G-capable smartphone to Malaysians. If you want to experience 5G (when it becomes available) and are on a budget, this smartphone is worth taking a look at.
The Xiaomi Redmi 10 5G is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core CPU with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. You can expand the storage up to 512GB via a microSD card. It has a Full HD+ 6.58-inch Dot Drop display with a 90Hz display refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The phone has a 50MP f/1.8 main camera and a 2MP f/2.4 depth camera on the back. The front has a 5MP f/2.2 selfie camera. To keep the phone fed, there’s a big 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. If you are worried about paying for a charger, Xiaomi has got you covered. You are getting a 22.5W charger included in the box.
The Redmi 10 5G has a 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual-SIM cards slot, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and FM radio.
