Pre-Orders For The Vivo Y35 Are Open Until 16 August

At RM1,099, the Vivo Y35 is a 6.58-inch Snapdragon 680 powered device with 256GB of storage and 8GB of memory.

Vivo has announced that it is accepting preorders for its Y35 from now to 16 August. Of course, you will get something extra if you order early. 

But first, let’s take a look at some of the device’s basic specifications. 

Built on the Snapdragon 680 platform, the Y35 is equipped with 256GB of storage (expandable), 8GB of memory, and a 5000mah (5Ah) that is 44W Flash Charge compatible (70% in 34 minutes). These are average specifications for an affordable mid-range phone.

The device is rated IP54 which means it will be fine in dusty or sandy conditions and it can take a splash from any angle. The IP rating also means that it is not dust-tight and should not be put under a faucet. 

For the display, the one on the Y35 measures 6.58-inches across and has a 2408 by 1080 resolution, which is standard. It is also said to have a refresh rate of up to 90Hz.

For security and convenience, the device can be unlocked via- a fingerprint sensor on the power button and the Face Wake feature (facial recognition).

The vivo Y35 is available in two colours: Agate Black and Dawn Gold both with frosty finishes.

When it comes to the cameras, the Y35 has one in front and three at the back. The main camera is a 50MP sensor that is paired with a 2MP “bokeh camera” and a 2MP “macro camera” that has a minimum range of 4cm – a standard configuration. On the other side is a 16MP shooter. 

Of course, the camera will have all the software enhancements like Super Night Mode and Face Beauty

The vivo Y35 is available for pre-order now at vivo Malaysia’s official E-store and vivo Malaysia’s official flagship store on Shopee and Lazada for RM1,099.
