Epson has recently launched the EH-LS12000B, its latest 4K resolution home theatre laser projector and it’s coming to Malaysia soon.

The EH-LS12000B can project up to 8.3M pixels delivering 4K resolution using its new 4K image processing chip.

It also supports HDR10+ High Dynamic Range, HDMI 2.1, and for gamers, it has a lag that’s under 20ms and a refresh rate of up to 120fps.

The projector’s brightness can go as high as 2,700 lumens using its 3LCD technology and supports Calman calibration solutions for better image quality.

It also has a Scene Adaptive Gamma mode which lets the projector adjust its projection depending on the scene.

Because it uses a laser instead of a lamp, the EH-LS12000B is rated to be maintenance-free for up to 20,000 hours, produces less heat, and has a lower power consumption.

For easy installation, it has powered 2.1x optical zoom, powered focus, and motorised lens shift.

With the patented front exhaust design and a wider lens shift, the EH-LS12000B can be installed where other projectors can’t.

The EH-LS12000B will be available in Malaysia starting on 29 April. Epson did not provide a price but we do not expect it to be cheap.
