Fitness+ is like the answer to the prayers of every introvert who wants to get the best workout and stay healthy but is too embarrassed to go to the gym.

Starting 4 Nov, Fitness+, Apple’s subscription exercise and meditation programme will be available in Malaysia.

It has guided workouts and programs for every level of fitness; from the beginner and the elderly to the young and the competitive.

There are 11 workout types in all. You can even work out to the beat of a curated playlist of a featured artist.

More than just for the body, Fitness+ also has guided meditation with nine different themes. There are also meditation programs for those who love to move while they meditate.

If you want to work out or meditate with a friend, that’s an option too. Thanks to SharePlay.

For fans of a good story well told, there’s Time to Walk. A narrative-driven programme designed to encourage people to walk.

It features influential and interesting people as they share thoughtful and meaningful stories, photos, and music.

It is meant to feel like you are walking with a friend as they tell you stories.
