CelcomDigi Berhad has launched The MediHub, a 5G-powered healthcare facility that provides employees with access to professional healthcare services directly from the workplace. Located at CelcomDigi Hub, the smart health solution supports holistic employee wellbeing by offering physical and mental health services through virtual consultations with licensed medical practitioners, psychiatrists and psychologists.
Beyond treating illnesses, The MediHub is designed to create a safe and supportive environment where employees can grow and thrive at work.
The MediHub features two dedicated zones: the Care Room and the Mind Room. The Care Room brings a clinic experience to employees virtually, offering teleconsultations with licensed medical practitioners via MediDoc, a secure telehealth platform. Employees can receive medical advice, diagnoses and prescriptions from the workplace. Supporting this process, MediKiosk, a smart health station, performs quick vital checks and generates instant health reports to ensure consultations begin with accurate, real-time data.
The Mind Room provides a private space dedicated to mental wellness. Employees can access confidential counselling and emotional support from licensed psychiatrists and psychologists, participate in stress management sessions, and use a quiet relaxation area. The space also offers self-assessment tools such as DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale-21), enabling employees to gain insights into their emotional wellbeing and take proactive steps towards mental resilience.
