These new Android tablets seamlessly blend entertainment and education for families and students, especially with their Google Kids Space that offers a safe environment for children to access learning materials and parents to have that peace of mind.
Acer Iconia Tab P11 – Immersive Visuals with Compact Design
The Iconia Tab P11 is equipped with an 11-inch advanced 2K quantum dot (QLED) display that supports up to 90Hz refresh rate, combined with 100% NTSC wide colour gamut to deliver vivid viewing. Combined with narrow bezels, the screen delivers vibrant colours and sharp details when streaming content or editing photos or documents. The in-cell touch panel enhances visual experience and touchscreen responsiveness thanks to it being thinner and lighter than standard LCDs.
Weighing 550g and measuring 8.1mm thin, its ultra-portability is not compromised by its large viewing estate. Within its sleek aluminium alloy body, the Iconia Tab P11 is capable of smooth multitasking and has ample room for apps, files, and media thanks to its Octa-Core processor coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage that is expandable up to 512GB via microSD. Extra-long battery life is possible with its 8,000mAh battery that delivers up to 13 hours of video playback and charges swiftly with USB power delivery 2.0 fast charge.
With a 5MP front camera and 13MP rear camera, the Acer Iconia Tab will be available from 1 September at the Acer eStore, Acer official stores on Shopee and Lazada and Acer authorised resellers nationwide. It retails for RM1,099.
Acer Iconia Tab A8 – Entertainment and Learning Companion
The Iconia Tab A8 features an 8.7-inch IPS display with narrow-bezel aluminium alloy design to give users an 8 mm thin and 400g weight tablet. It is ready to bring children movies, games, and educational content to life for an entire day’s use with its 6,000mAh battery.
Regardless of whether it is for homework, online learning, or family fun, the Iconia Tab A8 delivers a seamless experience thanks to the All-winner Octa-core chip. The tablet comes equipped with 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM, 128 GB internal storage and a MicroSD slot for additional storage.
Similar to the Iconia Tab P11, this tablet provides a safe place to explore quality content designed to help children in learning while enabling parents to manage content, screen time and more. The Acer Iconia Tab A8 has a 5MP front camera and 8MP rear camera for video calls and capturing memorable moments.
