OnePlus just announced two new products to its OnePlus Nord family – the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G and OnePlus Nord Buds 2.
OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G
This new smartphone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS2.2 storage (expandable via microSD).
It has a Full HD 6.72-inch IPS LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, support sRGB, Display P3, and Global DC Dimming.
Powering the phone is a 5,000mAh battery that support 67W SUPERVOOC charging and OnePlus claims 80% of battery charge in only 30 minutes. The phone is also fitted with 12 sensors to monitors its temperature and keeps the device from overheating.
This is the first OnePlus smartphone boasting 108MP in its main camera, and OnePlus claims it has 3x lossless zoom. Other than that, it has a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfie, there’s a 16MP camera.
Besides that, it has side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C 2.0, and Bluetooth 5.1. The body is made out of plastic, and OnePlus said it features an anti-fingerprint and ceramic-like texture.
The phone is running OxygenOS 13.1 out of the box and it comes in two varying colour options: Pastel Lime and Chromatic Gray.
OnePlus Nord Buds 2
This wireless earbuds are equipped with 12.4mm dynamic drivers, with titanium in the vibrating diaphragm. It also has Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature with 25dB depth and a dual-core processor.
The earbuds also offers Transparency Mode, which allows users to play music while still being able to hear outside voices and background noise.
OnePlus Nord Buds 2 was designed in collaboration with Dolby Atmos technology that amplifies its mobile phone speakers and Dirac Audio Tuner.
OnePlus claims a full charge can last up to 7 hours without its case and 36 hours with the charging case. It only takes 10 minutes of charging to deliver up to 5 hours of usage, with
the ANC off. The case only supports wired charging via USB-C.
It’s also offers some protection against dust and water with a certified IP55 rating, support Bluetooth 5.3, AAC and SBC codecs.
The wireless earbuds come in two colours: Lightning White and Thunder Gray.
