Lazada, a popular e-commerce platform, has introduced new return and refund policies to provide customers with a more flexible and worry-free shopping experience.
Lazada highlighted several major benefits for customers, including a 30-day simple return policy for all purchases in LazMall and Choice, as well as a ‘Change of Mind’ policy covering a wider range of products and categories on all Lazada platforms, according to Bernama.

Customers will also receive faster refunds once their orders are returned to Lazada’s logistic partners via drop-off or pick-up.
Lazada also stated that they reduced waiting times with a streamlined process to ensure customers receive their refunds without delay. In certain cases, refunds are made immediately after customers initiate the return process.
