Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd has partnered with Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and APulsar Technologies Sdn Bhd to promote electric vehicle (EV) adoption in Malaysia.
This collaboration aims to utilise Huawei’s advanced EV chargers to establish a new standard for clean energy adoption in the country, Senheng said in a statement.
Senheng’s president, Lim Kim Chieng, emphasised that the initiative represents a broader shift towards sustainability and aligns with their vision of a greener future for Malaysia.
Huawei Malaysia’s vice president, Chong Chern Peng, expressed the company’s commitment to carbon neutrality through such collaborations.
APulsar’s managing director, Justin Kao, highlighted the empowerment of EV owners with reliable charging solutions nationwide.
The Huawei EV chargers were launched at Senheng’s Setia Alam store in Selangor and are now available at all Senheng and senQ outlets across Malaysia, except for Sabah and Sarawak.
The Huawei’s FusionCharge AC chargers, featuring a 7kW single-phase and a 22kW three-phase model, are designed for straightforward installation in residential and commercial environments, with APulsar Technologies handling the installation process.
