Today, Xiaomi Malaysia finally brought the Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Ultra to our shores. Sadly, the Xiaomi 14 Pro is missing from the lineup.
Xiaomi 14

The Xiaomi 14 is equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, based on TSMC’s cutting-edge 4 nm process. It comes with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and offers storage options of 256GB or 512GB.
The Xiaomi 14 has a 6.36-inch 1200×2670 resolution LTPO OLED display with 12-bit colour depth, providing a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits.



In terms of optics, the Xiaomi 14 is equipped with a triple rear camera system bearing the Leica brand and featuring a Summilux lens.
The camera configuration includes a 50MP Light Hunter 900 sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an f/1.6 aperture, a 50MP telephoto camera incorporating Leica’s 75mm floating lens technology, and a 50MP ultra-wideangle shooter with a 115-degree field of view. Additionally, for selfies and video calls, there’s a 32MP front camera.
To keep the phone running, there’s a 4,610mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra boasts a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with a 4,000mm² liquid cooling chamber for efficient thermal control. It offers 16GB LPDDR5X RAM paired with 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, running on HyperOS based on Android 14.
Featuring a 6.73-inch 2K OLED C8 LTPO display, the phone delivers a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels, reaching a peak brightness of 3,000 nits and a pixel density of 522 PPI.
Supporting a wide colour gamut (P3) and HDR formats like Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid, the display incorporates adaptive refresh rates from 1Hz to 120Hz and utilises 12-bit colour depth technology.
The camera system includes a quad-camera setup with Leica Summilux lenses, comprising a Sony LYT-900 1-inch 50MP main camera with OIS and an f/1.63-f/4.0 variable aperture.


Additionally, it features a 50MP ultrawide angle camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 50MP portrait telephoto camera with OIS, an f/1.8 aperture, and 3.2X magnification.
The device also includes a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS, an f/2.5 aperture, and 5X magnification. For selfies, there’s a 32MP front-facing camera.
With a 5,000mAh battery, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra supports 90W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.
The phone is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor, an infrared sensor for enhanced security, and various audio features like USB Type-C audio, Hi-Res audio, stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos.
It also includes a 4-microphone array for clear audio capture. Designed to be dust and waterproof, it holds an IP68 rating.
Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra will include four generations of Android OS upgrades, as well as five years of security patches.
Pricing and Availability
The Xiaomi 14 comes in Black, White and Jade Green, with two storage variants, priced at RM3,499 (256GB) and RM3,799 (512GB).
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra comes in Black and White, with one storage variant of 512GB, priced at RM5,199.
The Xiaomi 14 will be available for purchase starting March 8 at all Authorized Xiaomi stores and at official Xiaomi stores on Lazada and Shopee. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be available for purchase starting from 22 March.
